FAQs

Where is my order?

  • Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same working day.
  • If your order was placed after 2 pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • UK Orders will receive email, plus text notifications on their order updates from Royal Mail.

If your delivery should have arrived by now, please contact us.

Alternatively, you can click 'submit a request' at the top of this help centre. We will then look to resolve your issue ASAP.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are dependent upon the postal service/courier service and therefore subject to any postal delays, or events of force majeure experienced by them for which we shall not be responsible. 
  • You will not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract by us. We will not deliver to a post office box (PO Box) address. We also reserve the right not to deliver to a communal post office address.
  • The address supplied by you must have a valid postcode.
  • If no-one is at the address when delivery is attempted the Goods may be retained by the driver, in which case the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and may telephone to rearrange or will return to redeliver the Goods the following working day.
  • If we have to return to deliver the Goods on a separate occasion a further delivery charge may become payable.

How do I enter my promotional code?

When you add a product to your cart you will be taken to your shopping cart where you can enter in your promotional code.

Do you accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns providing the goods are in their original condition.

Please print off our returns form fill in your details, whether you would like a refund or exchange and the reason why.

What should I do if an item is faulty?

Please provide as much information as possible such as Order Number and Name, and please attach images to help us deal with your query as quickly as possible. 

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries in Europe as well as USA & Canada, as you go through the online checkout you will only be able to select a country which we ship to - this will help avoid disappointment. To find out which countries we deliver to click here.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, we aim to process returns within 48 hours. Please then allow 3-5 working days for your refund to then be credited into your account.

At busier periods this make take longer ie. Christmas period and New Year.

You will also receive an automated e-mail once the refund has been processed.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Unless the goods are faulty the initial delivery charge is non-refundable. For more information please see our Delivery and Returns Policy.

Do I have to register?

No, to shop online at Bedroom Athletics you can either checkout as a guest or register as a customer.

Can I wash my slippers?

Our slippers can be hand washed gently.

Sheepskin & Double Faced Sheepskin Slippers

  • Dip footwear into cold water, and apply a small amount of wool detergent using a clean sponge.
  • Then rinse the footwear again in cold water.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Our slippers must be dried naturally.
  • Do not tumble dry or use and artificial heat.
  • Do not dry in direct sunlight.

Faux Fur / Textile Slippers

  • Gentle hand wash on upper only.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Our slippers need to dry naturally.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not bleach.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

An email will then be sent to you so you can reset your password.
