Those of you who are regular visitors will have noticed that this week our Website has undergone a face lift this week. This has been the result of months of work getting to this point. We listened to your feedback and made changes that have not only made it more efficient for us, but we think it looks great and is easier for you to.
There are a whole host of new features that we think will help you. By hovering over the slippers, you can see which colours are available and which size, making it quicker and easier to find the slippers you want in your size. You can also add slippers to a Wishlist so if you are helping a loved one find you a birthday or Christmas presents.
Alongside that when you order not only can we send you a confirmation email, if you pop your mobile number in, we will also send you a confirmation text. Not only can we send you a text to confirm your order, but we will also let you know when your package has been dispatched.
We have also added a new payment method. We have partnered with Klarna to offer a buy now pay later option. No longer do you have to wait to payday to treat yourself. For more info click here.
If you had a user account on the old site unfortunately, we couldn’t move them over, we treat your information with the up most security and made the decision it was best allow you to create a new account.
