Please note that we no longer offer delivery to Europe, USA, Canada, Ireland and a number of other countries. We now only deliver to the UK. This may mean a service you have previously used with us is no longer available. We are sorry to disappoint our international customers.

  • *Free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £50
  • Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same working day.
  • If your order was placed after 2 pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • UK Orders will receive email, plus text notifications on their order updates from DPD.

  • We aim to deliver DPD Express the next working day but deliveries to Highland and Island postcode areas may take longer.


Delivery Policy

DPD Local will attempt to deliver your parcel, if you are not in the driver will leave a card and then attempt to make one more delivery attempt the following day. If the driver is unsuccessful on the 2nd attempt the parcel will go to a designated pick up shop and you will be advised where that is. DPD Local will hold that parcel at the pick up shop for up to 5 days before it is returned to sender.

To have increased control over your delivery please download the DPD Tracking Parcel app which will give you “Inflight Options” to make amendments to the delivery.

When you have chosen the Products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card.

There is an option to change the delivery address during the check out process should you wish us to deliver your Products to an alternative address.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

All UK Orders shipped by DPD will receive email and text notifications (if you have provided your mobile number with your order) on their order updates - fantastic news!

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, may take a little longer and are not available on the express delivery service.

Packaging

All UK and non-mainland UK (including channel island) orders will arrive in our new signature cotton bags, where possible.

However, in the rare case that an order is too large to fit into our packaging regulations, part of your order may arrive in protective 'poly-bags' to save space.

Also, this helps to ensure that each order will fit into a parcel with as much protection to the goods as possible.

Sale products will be shipped in a poly-bag.
