• Orders placed before 9 am will be dispatched the same working day.
• If your order was placed after 9 am on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
• All applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and included in the shipping cost during checkout process.
• International Orders will be sent by DPD and their international partners, you will receive delivery notifications via email, plus text notifications if a phone number is provided.

Delivery Policy

The delivery times provided are estimates. During peak periods please allow further time for delivery.

Delivery times are dependent upon the postal service/courier service and therefore subject to any postal delays, or events experienced by them for which we shall not be responsible.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO boxes.
